Collaboration
When people deal with each other, they use three key approaches: conversing, transacting and collaborating (teamworking).
If you care to make the right choice selecting your software solution, you have to understand the differences that exist between those interactions.
Conversational interaction is an exchange of data and an interaction of transaction is an exchange of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, while an interaction of collaboration is employed for a modification of a substance of collaboration, for example: achievement of a common goal.
Collaborative interactions are dealt with in such a way that the key goal of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration entity from what used to be non-secured and immaterial, for instance, an idea, into something useful, for instance a design solution.
Collaboration Software
Collaborative Software is one of groupware types that allow for seamless work processes between your workers, department people, project team members, work groups, etc.
Its excellent usefulness enables project activists to manage action plans, access shared documents, be updated on projects, moderate schedules, optimize business processes, be promptly notified of any new objectives and activities they are involved in. There are a lot of approaches to making these applications useful: scheduling activities, papers and projects, optimizing business processes and harmonizing work of two or more departments or even offices.
